In another busy night for the North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service, they attended garden fires, a car crash on the coast and a skip fire.
Here are four of the incidents they attended last night (Saturday).
At 7.14pm, Acomb crews put out a fire in the garden of a house on Askham Lane, York. It had set hedging and fencing alight.
Whitby firefighters responded to a two-car crash on Langborne Road, Whitby, at 8.23pm.
All those in the cars were out on their arrival. One young woman suffered head injuries. Crews provided her with care until the arrival of the ambulance. They then made the scene safe.
Earlier, at 8.11pm, Selby and York crews responded to a large skip fire at Market Weighton Road, Barlby, near Selby. The fire measured about 8m by 2m. They used one jet to put it out.
And Malton crews responded to a gas leak inside a residential property on Main Street in Welburn at 8.46pm. A man inside the house was left in the care of the ambulance service.
Firefighters isolated the gas leak and ventilated the property using a positive pressure fan.
