The bingo balls will be bouncing again on Fishergate from this weekend.

Mecca Bingo has announced it will reopen its York venue on Saturday, 15 August.

Social distancing will be in place, with signs to guide customers, and there will be a cap on the number of people allowed in at any one time.

Customers can choose to both pay and play using contactless devices but will still have the option to use cash if they prefer.

You can order food and drink using your phone or the screen on each bingo table.

And Mecca has launched an online pre-booking service, which allows customers to secure their space and pre-pay for their games online.
