Emergency services were called to a crash in Malton last night (Wednesday).
A crew was called to Town Street in Old Malton at 10.25pm.
An electric vehicle had crashed.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews used spreaders to gain entry to the engine compartment and small tools to isolate the batteries.”
No other vehicle was involved.
