Emergency services have been called to a crash south of York today (Saturday).
Crews were called to a single vehicle collision in Wistow, near Selby this morning.
The car appears to have left the road and ended up on its side in a field.
Station Manager Tony Walker said on Twitter:
Crews from Selby have just dealt with a single vehicle RTC in Wistow.
One male occupant being transferred to hospital by road ambulance.
Great teamwork from your blue light service.
The male driver suffered suspected neck and back injuries. Firefighters stabilised and made the vehicle safe and provided first aid until the arrival of the ambulance.
