North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information after a cyclist was assaulted on the A1079 at Grimston Bar in York.
The incident occurred at around 5pm on Wednesday 24 August but details have only just been released. A man was pushed from his bike and assaulted.
Officers are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
They released an image of a man they would like to speak to, who may hold important information.
Following this appeal a man has come forward.
