Is there anything better than a cold gin and tonic in the sun with friends? If you agree, you will want to check this festival out…
The UK’s largest touring Gin and Rum Festival is back on the road and headed for York.
The festival will be visiting York Minster on 17 and 18 September 2021.
Visitors can look forward to tasting samples and from hand-picked guest distillers, finding new favourites at themed gin and rum bars, and enjoying tasty treats from street food vendors.
And there’s even more fun to be had!
There will be guides to advise you through the festival, talks and masterclasses from expert gin and rum makers, free samples, live music and entertainment – all included in your ticket price.
Also included will be your very own Gin and Rum Festival Copa glass and satchel to take home and keep the festival spirit going.
Don’t like gin or rum? No problem! There will also be vodka, prosecco and Peroni available.
Tickets to the festival cost £15, and are available here.
The bars will operate on a token system. Tokens are £6 each and can be exchanged for a 35ml measure of any gin or rum with complementary premium tonic or mixer and garnish.
Tokens can be purchased at the token station on arrival via cash or card.
