Bus and car crash in Selby village

A car and bus crashed in a village near Selby today (Tuesday).

The two-vehicle collision happened in Monk Fryston, with emergency services called at 10.37am.

A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “All persons were out of the vehicles on arrival, no persons trapped.

“Crews carried out scene safety before leaving incident with police.”
