Firefighters were called in to help after a boy got stuck in play equipment in York.
The boy, 12, got into a baby swing in the play area off Foxwood Lane – and couldn’t get out.
A fire crew from Acomb were called out at 7.47pm.
They released the boy “using crew power only”.
It wasn’t the only unusual rescue mission for North Yorkshire Police last night.
At 5.53pm a crew was called to Lendales, Pickering, to a report of a man who had his foot stuck under his mobility scooter.
But on arrival he had been released.
