All parents and carers who have become temporary teachers are looking at ways to make home learning useful and fun.

We’ve already shared this list of brilliant resources put together by people and organisations in York.

Stay active while having fun.

Joe Wicks (TheBodyCoach) is doing daily live-streams of 30 minute workouts for kids to help them stay active. He also has 5 minute and 8 minute workout videos for kids on his channel too. Strictly’s Oti Mabuse is live-streaming dance classes for kids – routines to Shrek, Trolls and Mary Poppins are already available to have a go at.



Learning from home could be the perfect opportunity to pick up a new hobby with your kids! Learn to cook, draw, code and more. Explore their creative side while also learning new skills.
