Food-sharing festivities to celebrate the official launch of Olio, a free app connecting neighbours with each other and with local shops and cafes to share their edible surplus food. Created by Malcolm McLaren in the Eighties, Bow Wow Wow featured a trio of escapees from Adam And The Ants – but it was the frontwoman who stole the show. Annabella Lwin brings her incarnation of Bow Wow Wow to Fibbers on Sunday, mixing hits like Go Wild In The Country with new songs.
The Burning Duck Comedy Club
A work-in-progress show from the Norwegian comic and Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Newcomer. Best-known for playing Erik in Vic and Bob’s sitcom House of Fools, Simonsen is described as “creepily brilliant” and brings his show to the Basement on Sunday. More here.
