Gotta Dance with the Strictly stars
Since they burst into our living rooms on Strictly Come Dancing in 2004, Anton Du Beke and Erin Boag have become Britain’s best-loved ballroom dancing couple. They trip the light fantastic at the Barbican on Saturday at 3pm and 7.30pm as part of their Just Gotta Dance! tour – more here.

Rear Window and introduction
Classic thriller Rear Window comes to City Screen as part of its Truffaut/Hitchcock season. And the bonus ball comes in the form of Hitchcock expert Steve Rawle, from York St John University, who will introduce the film on Sunday at 1pm – more here.

Balloons and zeppelins

Continuing the sheep theme, did you know the very first aviator was a sheep called Montauciel who ascended in the Montgolfier Brothers hot air balloon in 1783? That’s the starting point for Gas Bags to Super Zeppelins, the new exhibition underway at the Yorkshire Air Museum. It goes on to look at the “terror from the skies” – bombs dropped by German zeppelins during the First World War. More here
