York’s first balloon festival is flying high this weekend. There’s also an Instagramming chef, a star stand-up, kilos of vintage clothes and barrels of beer.

It’s a chance to see some real basket cases this weekend with York’s first ever balloon fiesta. The floaty family fun on Knavesmire starts on Friday and runs right through till Sunday – and includes fairground rides, owl displays and street food. Check out your full guide here

Cresfest Music and Beer Fest
