Whether you are looking for that elusive Penny Red or just interested in history, the stamp and coin fair at York Racecourse will provide much to see and enjoy. Fishergate Postern Open Day
Climb the narrow spiral staircase to see the rooms on three floors where the gatekeeper and his family once lived. The postern dates back 500 years – it’s well worth this rare chance to see inside. Saturday and Sunday from 10am-4pm – more here.
Sky Ride York
