Firefighters were called out to a car fire this morning (Monday).
A crew from York went to Murton at 9.55am where a Peugeot 207 was ablaze.
They put out the fire, which caused “severe fire, heat and smoke damage to the whole vehicle”.
Firefighters believe the cause was an engine fault.
